Winter Edition
Welcome to our winter newsletter, you always know that Winter has arrived as soon as the central heating has to be turned on, or indeed you have to go and chop some logs for the fire. Xmas at Silversprings is now in full swing with virtually all the stock out on the shelves. There are some lovely gift ideas this year along with some fantastic led lights, artificial trees and fibre optics.Our fresh xmas trees will arrive the last week of Nov, you can download the price list by clicking on the word icon at the bottom of this newsletter.
Logs will soon be arriving along with 23kg bags of rock salt priced at £5.99; seeing the picture below reminded me of how short in supply it was last Winter! Cyclamen are already here with Poinsettias available from Mid November, all English grown. Holly wreaths will be on display from the 1st week of December. Wellington boots and clogs are also now here as well as all the favourite gardening tools and accessories.
In our bird care department there are some fantastic deals on fat balls, suet treats, bird seed along with feeding stations, bird tables, feeders etc. Especially popular in recent times has been the meelworm based feeds, these provide very important energy levels for the birds during the tough Winter period.
Finally our Xmas menu is now available from our Coffee Shop and we are now taking bookings,you will be able to download this from our Coffee Shop page or indeed pick up a copy from the Coffee Shop itself.
